I've forgotten my email and/or password!

You can reset your password on the login page by clicking "Reset your password" and entering your email, an email will then follow to reset your password. If you have forgotten the email you use to login then please contact us by emailing: support@subloom.co

 

How long will my delivery take?

We dispatch all orders within 3 working days from when the order was placed. Delivery time frame depends on the location we sent it to. Your order will be dispatched with an appropriate tracking number. Please visit our Track Your Order page to check on the latest status.

 

What happens if I have received a faulty product?

You can return goods for up to a week after the day you receive the order. To process a return please contact us by emailing: support@subloom.co 

 

What are your office hours?

We're open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. If you have any queries over bank holidays or weekends, please contact us by emailing: support@subloom.co and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
